Instead of using heavy loads in this exercise, you can choose low or medium weights. Do not overload the shoulder joint as this can cause injury when the joint is strained.

Shoulder flexion movement performed in light repetitions is a method used in physical therapy to improve shoulder mobility, after shoulder injury or shoulder surgery. It is aimed to make the shoulder joints more flexible by making forward angles with the help of a rolling pin or a stick.

Develops the front and side shoulder muscles: Front shoulder raise, the target area of ​​​​the front shoulder muscle, provides the development and strengthening of the front shoulder muscles. Although the area of ​​influence is the anterior shoulder muscle, it also provides the side deltoid muscle to work.

The other alternative area that it works is the upper pectoralis clavicle part, which is the upper chest muscle. We can express this region as the upper part of the chest, which is located between the shoulder and the chest. Although it isolated the anterior shoulder muscle, the front barbell raise, which also affects the clavicle part, underlines its development in this region.
